The Phoenix Hotel approached us to build their website to showcase the new venue and increase the number of patrons that visit for events, bistro dining and bottle shop purchases. An ongoing strategy was required to maintain the content of the website to match upcoming events and grow the online reach and ability to market to new and existing patrons.
Prior to the website launching, we created a coming soon page and connected it to an email subscriber system to collect emails so The Phoenix had a list to market to as soon as they opened the doors. We worked with the team at The Phoenix Hotel on a photo shoot at the venue to capture the function rooms, bistro and selected food items from their menu.
We custom designed a responsive (mobile-friendly) website theme to match their branding, showcase their photos and event posters and present useful information about the venue to attract those in the local area of Point Cook.
This was complimented by an email marketing strategy to grow the number of patrons The Phoenix is able to market to on an ongoing basis. We used WordPress Content Management System as the platform to create and easy to manage content experience.
The Phoenix Hotel has seen consistent growth in website traffic and in their email marketing list and this is reflected by the growing number of patrons that frequent the venue each week.
We continue to work with the team at The Phoenix Hotel on point of sale designs for upcoming events, ongoing website improvements and online marketing strategy to improve growth.
